Cob loaf..

..in a cake tin!

I don't know whether I make the dough too loose with a bit too much water or what, but it always seems to spread on the baking sheet and go a bit thin.

The solution is to prove the second time in a cake tin.

I made the dough first thing, before the kids were up.
