M got me this from eBay. Can’t go wrong with his Bobness.

Thursday ? Dunno, it’s all a bit of a blur. Rainy. Didn’t run. Got a cold.
Watched The Crown with the kids.

Today? Went for a 5K run with H. I could manage her pace despite the cold - and leaving something in the tank for Friday evening football. It was nice to chat with her. She did well - she hasn’t run much later but it didn’t show and nice to talk.

M left (in our Mini!) to visit L and her family for a few days...
