Last day of the Year
It was a cold and frosty start to the morning, but the sun was shining.
Julie and I were a bit bleary eyed after our late night last night. I have back-blipped yesterday and hope you have time to look. It's here.
After a bit of faffing about, (and clearing up after yesterday's cooking), I headed out for an early afternoon walk on Hadrian's Wall Trail. I started near Limestone Corner. The views to the north were extensive, although it was too hazy to see the Cheviot clearly.
I rarely take selfies, but I thought it might be worth recording the fact that I have made it through 2019. It has not been on easy year on a personal or a global level, but I made it.
I have plans for going out tonight. You will have to wait until tomorrow to see if I made it, or if I went to bed early!!
Happy New Year to you all.
