Balerno Parish Church, Peace and good health

Firstly a big thank you to all who visited my journal yesterday and left comments, hearts and stars. Your kindness and good wishes were very much appreciated. I think I’ve replied to each and everyone who made a comment.

Mostly a family day with a lunch out at a Miller and Carter steakhouse with Doreen. Same place as last year. Strangely nobody had a steak. There were 4 fish and chips, a pork fillet and two burgers.

A short time back in Balerno before we set off for the night’s entertainment which is a carbon copy of last year’s. Bubbly, Chinese, a visit to the Grosvenor, the fireworks, then the Cally and the Hogmanay bus home.
