Winter Storm Warning

Cloudy with snow in the air, which felt cold and heavy, the forecast is 1"-3" overnight. The fallen tree with so many branches makes for a very chaotic scene that seems to suit the ominous conditions.

I used the classic chrome profile and slightly blue white balance to add to the cold feeling in the image. The orange colour of the moss on the main trunk provides a touch of contrast and emphasizes the lead into the frame.
