Tar Barls in Dale

The New Years celebrations in the village, about 45 guys, all born in the valley, carry barrels of fire round the village with a brass band playing blades races. It’s fun and lots of people come to watch.
Brother and sister in law here for the evening, played games eat drank and talked.
