Small tree

Works Christmas do today. It wasn’t too cringe worthy and I managed to escape a bit early as well. Started to come down with a cold this afternoon which is not good as J’s mum starts Chemo next week and we are due to see her next weekend. Got the first batch of mice pies made before popping out and get our tree. They didn’t have an 8 foot one so we were sold this 9 footer for the same price. Had to do a bit of axe work to get it upright in the holder but at least its stable. Just need to wait to tomorrow for the branches to settle before decorating it. J had her works Christmas meal out, so it was just Kilda and me in tonight until CB came to stay after her Christmas night out.
