An old building for a new year

A good local wine store occupies what was once the Vine Street Pumping Plant, and its proprietors have beautifully preserved the outside of the quaint old building. I particularly like the way the new turquoise paint job stands out against the deep blue skies of California’s 60-degree (F.) winter days.
