All Golden

Slight surprise to see a Golden Plover on a nice walk at Gullane today - not quite in their breeding finery that we see out on the Isles in the summer, but still a charming little bird.

Less charming the numerous people walking dogs, every single one off the lead, into the nature reserve, where there are clear signs indicating 'No Dogs Please'.
