Tree on an outcrop

We had a lovely New Year's Day walk atTrevor Rocks above Llangollen. The sun came out which always improves things. There were quite a number of walkers around and it was lovely how everyone spoke to each other and wished strangers a Happy New Year. 

I've always loved the shape of this tree on an outcrop of rock, it certainly shows the direction of the prevailing wind!  

This is my 2190th blip. Six years of blipping and only one day missed when I had my heart op and mobiles (or cameras) were banned. It's been a great addiction and I've met great friends both virtual and in person.  Thank you again to those who keep this great site running!
