Ready for Work

This the back of the Scottish Parliament building around 8.00 am this morning. My office has the lights on and is in the building in the centre, one floor down at the end. You can see the chairs round my meeting table.

Someone had clearly got in a few minutes before me and opened up. Which is always useful, not least because I had never seen it so clearly from outside. And although I have sometimes blipped from it, I have rarely blipped a view of the viewpoint, so to speak.

The frost was thick on the ground this morning too, which created some other contrasts.
