New skills are good!

Decided I kneaded (heh) to learn how to make bread by hand. I knew it would be a simple skill for me to acquire. But still I want to make it a regular part of my life.

I hunted down the Tassajara Bread Book. It's a great book and a standard in many kitchens for bread making.

I'm very excited for this first loaf to be done!!
