Local walk

We didn’t go mad last night, so no hangover today however the weather was grey and murky and not conducive to a long crisp walk. We took the decorations down and tidied the house - all signs of Christmas packed away for another year.

OH suggested a walk to a local pub to check out the renovations. We agreed on a longer route to burn off a few calories and walked down a road where a friend used to live. I took a picture of the road sign to send to her to give her a walk down memory lane.

Behind the road sign is a small building which I think was an old telephone exchange. - it’s tiny but currently has a planning application displayed for permission to turn it into a dwelling ( for a very small person, with no possessions maybe?)
