Water Bowl Reflections

Dear Diary,

It is said Nostradamus practiced Hydromancy as a means of receiving messages and predictions, through the movement of water in a bowl.  He called it his "magic mirror".  Well, staring into my birds heated water bowl I saw some neat reflections and I made my own predictions.  My very dear friend, Karen, became a grandmother again yesterday when her daughter gave birth to little Noah Emerson!  (Don't you love that middle name?!)  He was born at 7:30pm on New Year's Day.  My mother's brother, my Uncle Howell would have been 100 years old on New Year's Day.  I predict a long life and a wonderful future for little Noah and may he grow up in a kinder, gentler world that we have today.
