Farewell Crimbletown!

Eye doctor for me today as I was due to get two more plugs in my eye drains. Unfortunately he was not happy with the state of my eyes and so it is 2 weeks of antibiotic eye drops and then he will try again. I wasn't surprised as they have been very uncomfortable over Christmas so fingers crossed these drops do the trick. 
We have friends coming round tonight and then from tomorrow we will start to take down all the Christmas decs and of course Crimbletown will be boxed up for another year. £588 has been raised for Parkinson's UK so the 40 trips up to the loft will be taken with a spring in the step knowing that this year's village has been shared and enjoyed and has done some good. (You may notice the bridge in the above shot...this was a Christmas present and will aid us in making the village even more like Bourton next year)
