It's cold outside

Today I woke up nice and early to go and swim a mile (which ended with a pinched nerve in my hip and me walking funny until lunchtime). Two hours of supply chain management and then lunch with Sander, then a bike lesson in the cold cold cold outside. We went to the beach and rode around a bit, then the sun set and it suddenly became FREEZING COLD!!! Back to the training centre for a cup of tea and then home for a snack of toast, before netball training at 6pm. Busy! And there was a failed meeting with my dissertation supervisor in there too - she abandoned me. Probably serves me right for standing her up last time AND missing her lecture today. Whoops.
