Voyager

On a horrible wet and windy day, we had lunch out before saying goodbye to L on her journey back to London. With no photo opportunities, here's one of the Lego rocket I built, having been given the kit by A for Christmas.

Building it was even more satisfying than I'd anticipated. As well as being reminded of the moon rockets I can just remember from my childhood, I was fascinated to see how something classically hard to do in Lego could be achieved by expert designers, producing a faithful and robust model of one of man's greatest machines!
