Circuit

Took Beth out on her new bike, round the standard circuit of Harlaw, Green Cleuch, Maidens Cleuch and back to Harlaw. She rode, I ran and it came in around 9.5miles. She did brilliant, getting blown about it the winds.

After lunch, out to get a mountain bike for Anna.

All geared up for life in the burbs...
