Steps.... to be healthier, kinder, more helpful and more content with life!
Beginning of a new year is always a time for reflection.
This year’s aim:
Volunteer for a national charity (application submitted!!)
Visit the gym more often, which I enjoy but often lack time.
Yoga!! At least 1 session at the gym per week plus 3 short sessions at home per week!
Read!! First on the list is The book of Joy by the Archbishop Tutu and the Dalai Lama.
Let’s see how all that goes....
