Christmas Pud
Last year I made Christmas puddings for the first time ever but made the mistake of using an ancient pack of suet lurking in the back of the cupboard. They were rancid.
This year I bought brand new fresh suet and had another go! I was too stuffed to eat it over Christmas so did the second steam yesterday and am enjoying a reheat tonight. An enormous improvement in last year’s.
In other news, I gave in my notice at work. Come February 1st the next adventure begins :-D
