Beech Tree

It was a dreich day so we decided to go up the nearby Moncreiffe Hill to get some exercise. We didn’t have great views as the showers swept across and down the Earn and Tay. I did like this Beech tree that had blown over many years ago, but had survived and indeed thrived as its root system hadn’t been totally destroyed.
