Frosty Commute

Frosty doesn't do it justice - sub Arctic more like! Minus 5 in my garden at sun rise and no warmer in the office!

Kind of got my training request agreed (aiming too high apparently as the AD also going for that qualification). At least hopefully getting something, and if I achieve the higher level then tough, I'll pay the extra and take the Fellowship.
