Pub night

When your village is an extension of the London media gulch (sorry @xtoph1) you do occasionally meet icons in the pub. Beet works at the Guardian with the brilliant Marina Hyde and we met up with her and her husband  after dinner for a  raucous drink. Vik cooked goose earlier but didn’t join us. R and A are with her Mum’s so down tomorrow. Beet arrived in such great form, fixed me a lethal cocktail and we got down to dinner
