MEMORY LOST !

Had to blip this.
This is a community sign, in front of a hanglider styled bandstand, no prizes for guessing it's unnoficial name, in front of a department store, looking over the town centre pedestrian square (called 'Broadway').
Maybe a better title would be "A Sign of the Times?"
