Smile!

Today after many, many months of dental work, I had my permanent tooth attached to the implant. At last all my teeth look the same colour and shape... (I'm pretty confident that you will have a job to pick out which is the false tooth!) The temporary tooth I have had for the last 9 months was really starting to irritate me as it didn't match the others at all.

But at last I can smile with confidence... or at least I can, if I don't look at the dental receipts!!
