Poses
Today we visited the palacio of the Contessa de Lebrija which, despite some amazing mosaics and tiling, was not quite as appealing as we expected it to be. Even so I found it pretty interesting. Afterwards, we sat in a square, had coffee and discussed what we'd seen and why Mr A, in particular, was left rather cold by it. It may be also that we have been literally quite cold today. The sun didn't shine, and so consequently something closer to winter clothes were the order of the day.
Subsequent wanders saw us taking a quick look at the University of Seville main building, which is housed in the historical Royal Tobacco Factory and where we found the escutcheon in the extras, before doubling back to the same lunchplace as yesterday.
On the way back, I treated us to some fresh pasteis da nata, which had just come out of the oven. I know - wrong city. But they were delicious with a cup of tea.
