Today I was seeing the Bowen man at 2. We arrived at Jen and Steve's at around 1145 for coffee and then some hearty cheese and brocoli soup which was v nice. After lunch 2 of their grandchildren arrived George and Molly. Lovely kids aged 8 and 10 respectively.

I went off for my Bowen treatment whilst C stayed and chatted for a while. After wards I came back for a cuppa before we departed just after 4. Great hospitality as always

Home then and S arrived from next doot to tell us about a builder that had called in. Also invited us to dinner tomorrow night. So more chats re extensions etc with a bit of Tom foolery and beer too.
