The 'lighthouse'

Isn't it hard deciding which picture to blip? My day didn't pan out as hoped and started with a trip to the Rail Station to drop my husband off. The sunrise was amazing though and I had to stop on the way home - I couldn't miss this photo op! (I'm a bit addicted to sunrises!)

The 'lighthouse' is the nickname of the old Otis Lift testing tower in Northampton and believe it or not is now a listed building! I thought it would be good to show a landmark of the area I live. It looks as good as it ever can for a concrete tower with the snow, frost and sunrise!

I hope to get my canal walk tomorrow if the snow stops! (And I don't get waylaid by errands!)
