Peek-a-boo!

A misty mizzly muddy day .... all the snow melted overnight and there was a big ruckus amongst the birds in the backyard this morning...dozens of robins dive-bombing one another (???), sparrows, blue jays and chickadees, and the whistle of one lone cedar waxwing. 

This gal did rounds between the locust tree and feeders but I could only blip her from far away.  Although other photos show her full colors and beauty, I liked how she popped up in this one.
