New Toys

Becky subscribes to a Montessori toy related company Lovevery which send out toy parcels every two months related to the age of your child.  The toys are beautifully made, no plastic in sight with lots of fun activities and ideas for related play.  Today’s package included a mirror and lots of toys to encourage grasping, hand to hand and noise recognition.

Euan was enjoying tummy time with grandad on his playmat.  He’s getting stronger each day at lifting his large head, and this position is good for wind too.

Euan had an initial visit to daycare today and apparently enjoyed the bongo at circle time.  I remember vividly going back to work and it will be tough for them for a few weeks so extra support from grandparents will be welcome.

One more full day and then we head for home till the Spring.  Nana Margaret and Papa Alan arrive as we leave and this is their first visit so they are super excited.
