OUR YOUNG FRIEND PHIL

In Christchurch NZ we have a little group called the OBBC - "the Old Buggars Boat Club" and phil is our latterly youngist member in as much as he is building a new " Shelback" which is a sailing dinghy designed by an american named Joel White.(deceased) Its a super boat and easy for launching and sailing . Phil has decided to take the plunge and is well on the way to completion - He's making a super job.  This is he in front of the project. well done Phil!!
