The Otter Pond

Dark day... but the gale force winds predicted didn't happen.  2 days ago there was no water in this "pond" tucked in the trees by the edge of the land.   Today after yesterdays' rain, it's full!    ( we call it the otter pond as we have seen them cavort in there and then slide down the medium bank to the bay in back...)Getting ready to leave in the morning so fingers crossed that storm doesn't arrive late.
