Thursdays Walk
This week was a departure from our norm, we (Ron, Keith and Oldeng) decided to walk the north shore of the "River Deben".
This jaunt took us through the Saxon Burial grounds at "Sutton Hoo", down to the banks of the Deben, along the footpaths to the hamlet of "Methersgate" and back again.
We also found a "Geocache" enroute and this was an added bonus to the walk.
Normally on of our walks we only use a map and compass but on this occasion we used a GPS just to find the "Geocache".
As usual a fantastic days walk in good company, we covered 11 miles in total.
