Ready.. todays challenge ...
Thought I would show the finished dish... but this appealed so much more..
Chicken Casserole with baby carrots and courgettes.... slowed cooked for 7 hours...

It tasted delicious with creamed mashed potatoes.... Plenty to go around.....
