Park Run

I woke up early so decided to do a supermarket shop. Bumping in to a chum in the store whose 2 year old granddaughter was helping her, I learnt that it was a Saturday Park Run day today. Hadn't heard of that so I thought I would go over to Vicky Park to have a look. And it turned out that there were loads of runners making their way round to the canal near the West Ham ground (in the background). 

Good timing because it's not so sunny now and anyway, I have moved on to taking down the decos.
