Surreal cafe

A view from an open balcony above a modern art gallery cafe. The welded steel structure is Eduardo Paulozzi's 'Vulcan' sculpture commissioned at the end of the last century. It towers over two floors. Maybe you can make out Vulcan's feet planted on the cafe concourse. (A jagged border effect is added  with Tuxpix software.)
