Rowers, swimmers and boot camp recruits all paying the price of festive over indulgence?! Me , just jogging along as usual and taking the occasional blip!

Good calls to far flung colleagues and tidying up after last night’s gathering.

A walk along the prom later to check out the Christmas tree burning. Thanks to blipper JD I found out that it will probably happen on Monday at dusk. Much debate on social media, apparently, as to the appropriateness of this method of disposal. It was very dramatic last year but we have all had our minds concentrated on climate preservation in 2019. I am now firmly of the belief that we must recycle and not combust. Devastating scenes of wild fires in Australia is a further reason for me not to participate this year in solidarity to our “cousins” down under Our tree will be recycled by the Council collection service from now on.
