Christmas Cake

It’s always a relief to find the cake tastes good after waiting several weeks to try it.
Long leisurely family lunch today, unfortunately Mr J is now sick and my brother in law also missed it. In some good news Mr J said Murphy didn’t bark for long after I left so perhaps the calming diffuser is starting to have an effect. I didn’t bother with Murphy’s bed last night and he spent the night cuddled up next to me. It’s not ideal but it’s not stressful either, until some barking in the middle of the night when the milkman delivered our milk at 3.15am!
