Electrical fleet

Another day visiting our local Spanish hospital .....
My Blip shows, part of the car park,
where a fleet of identical cars... used for domiciliary visits..... all plugged into the electricity supply system.
... and being charged ( with off peak electricity ?!)
Am really pleased to see our Valenciano Health Service embracing an environmentally ‘green’ fuel .... for their essential vehicles
