A view from the run

Copying my wife’s Instagram style. Now there’s a phrase that would have bewildered me during my first 365.

Haven’t run for 6 months since ending up with what I think was a stress fracture from doing a half marathon (how soft is that?). Woke up with a bang at 0600 for some reason. Had been talking running last night at dinner.... 10k later and blip done for the day.
