10K Focus for Spring

Morning! Booked Bradford 10K and Keighley 10K for March. Really well run events for Manorlands and Epilepsy Action. I find it’s good to have a Spring focus when everything is so dark in January! It won’t be long before we are noticing the first signs of Spring! That said, it feels very mild for this time of year anyway.
