As I might have said earlier, I spent the last day of the holiday walking around town and escaping completely from myself. That freedom where, because you're not aware of yourself, you stop thinking but instead just feel and experience the world around you is incredibly liberating. Thought stifles creativity, right?

In other news, the Christmas tree came down this morning and later today I'll switch on my work laptop to see what I've missed. The holiday is over
