Pee Theory?

I was stood there, doing the three tile across stance trying to avoid the puddle under the urinal soaking into my overshoes, then it occurred to me that the puddle could quite easily be exastberated by people going for an alternative to the wide stance and going distance.

That still remains, what is the root of the puddle...

Then someone started talking of a phone.....from a cubicle......
