Goldfinch

We've had a very relaxing and enjoyable Sunday - lunch with my BIL, nephew and wife and then back home with nothing pressing to do.

I was a bit later than usual going down to the nature reserve this morning so I didn't have much time to linger just waiting to see what might turn up but I was pleased to spot the Goldfinch. As I walked back to the car I saw a Tree Creeper, it was so tiny and so well camouflaged against the tree bark that it just seemed to disappear when it found it's home.  I don't know exactly where the entrance to the nest is but I've an idea and I'll certainly recognise the tree next time.
