Expansion or decrease

I started the day as planned.....with a run. I quite enjoyed it. I am so slow in comparison to years gone by but I didn’t stop today so that was a bonus. I can’t quite believe how fit I used to be and how unfit I am now. I used to get up and run 5 miles, come home and shower then head to the gym for a spin class. I would probably just die now if I attempted that.
Came home to dash around for Gez the plumber to come and fix the boiler......yet again. He spent ages on it because the expansion tank can’t just be undone and pulled out....no no no!! That would be too bloody easy!! Most of the boiler had to come apart and even the flue had to come off. Ridiculous. Thank heavens for Uncle Gez.
R took A out to the shops with him and I took B for a walk which was nice. Then did all my ironing. Life in the fast lane!!!
After bathtime and bedtime, R had his friend over for beers. A good catch up.
