Not a conscious decision to become vegetarian but an accidental stumble into eating less meat. I woke up at silly o'clock and started clearing the Sunday supplement magazines for the recycling when I fell inside them and found some fab looking recipes. Roasted cabbage, which was completely delicious, squash with sage which I roasted for a touch too long I think, and then a last minute risotto as I thought it needed something else.
