Air Frying - Chuck* Peas
This may be getting boring for you all. But I’m excited (small things please small minds).
Found a falafel recipe for the new Air Fryer. It advises using dry chick peas - soaked for 20-24 hours. Then blitzing them RAW with the other ingredients, before air frying. Had no idea you could do that.
We are now meeting London friends in Christchurch for a drink late afternoon.
Update 14:00: Managed to prepare and ‘fry’ 20 or so falafel before heading out. Easy peasy. And made a salsa dip, and defrosted some of my vegan pesto too. Ate x3 before leaving. Delicious.
(Crispin has beat evolybab to it, advising it’s Monday today. I had entered this for Tony Tuesday - but actually thinking about it - this is pretty much Mono).
