the Chairman

Today was the Chairman's Christmas lunch at work. Every year, we put on a lunch for the residents at our Mill Hill estate and go all out with the full Christmas fare. The head office is based at this estate, so as staff we are invited to join with the understanding that the function is primarily for the residents. One of the local schools brought their choir to provide entertainment, which was lovely. This shot is of some of the staff getting into the festive spirit.

I work for Retail Trust, a charity supporting those working in the retail industry. We have 5 estates in the UK, which provide supported living for retirees. The London estate is quite literally an estate with cottages built on the property for the residents and a couple of small blocks of flats.
