Flower

A busy day with our annual organising meeting for our local walking group and then an afternoon invitation to celebrate the Epiphany with a friend who is French.  The celebration marks the arrival of the Three Wise Men.  She had baked the traditional Epiphany cake and invited friends round to celebrate with Champagne.  It is traditionally a time for friends rather than family.  It was an entertaining afternoon and the cake was delicious.  

I was hoping to get a quick blip from her garden as today has been a pretty grey windy one with afternoon rain so not much scope.  This flower was blowing around in the wind near her front door, I knew she would have something flowering, phew.
