Greenfinches

To start the day we both had appointments with the dentist. Just checkups and all OK.
Then after lunch started cleaning up after taking down the trimmings yesterday. Not one of my favourite jobs!
Keep finding tree needles even after giving the place a good hoovering.

I took this photo of the greenfinches as I was making breakfast. Lots of goldfinches too.
You can bet that when it’s the Great British Bird count they will all disappear for 24 hours!

Trying to sort out some holiday accommodation at the moment while Mr C is watching Leeds United on TV.
We are meeting friends in May again. This time in Scotland, near Glencoe. We just want to rent a cottage for 4 days, but they are all for a minimum of a week. I think it may be best to book a B&B. I wonder if any Blippers have been to that area? Also may go over to Mull for a couple of nights. We didn’t have any problem last year in the Brecon area of Wales.

Nil nil at the moment. Not happy!
Plenty of shouting at the TV!
